Two Island men are facing multiple charges after allegedly stealing prescription medication from vehicles and stealing a car, police said. Mark (Markus) J. Premdas, 27, of Oak Bluffs, and Ricardo Marinho-Dasilva, 25, of Vineyard Haven, were arrested Monday by Oak Bluffs and Tisbury police.
