James K. Victoria of Stonington, Conn., former summer resident of Butler avenue in Oak Bluffs and beloved husband of Sandra (French) Victoria, died Friday, Nov. 13 after a brief illness. He was 79.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, Nov. 17 in Connecticut.
