The coveted award this year will go to Francine Kelly and Ann Smith in recognition of their work to promote the arts on Martha’s Vineyard. Ms. Kelly was executive director at Featherstone Center for the Arts from 2003 until 2010, when her daughter Ms. Smith succeeded her.
